Thanks for using Day Triage. If something isn't working, here's how to get help.

Common fixes

Gmail or Outlook Refresh shows HTTP 401

Sign out and back in from Settings → Gmail (or Outlook). The token refresh occasionally falls out of sync after Google or Microsoft security events.

Command palette (⌘K) doesn't focus

Ensure the main app window is the key window, not Settings. On macOS, ⌘` cycles windows; pick the main Day Triage window, then try ⌘K.

Morning brief never fires

System Settings → Notifications → Day Triage → verify notifications are allowed. Set a reminder time at least 60 seconds in the future when testing.

Follow-ups missing or stale

Refresh runs the detector as its last step. If Gmail has been reconnected, the first scan may take 30 to 60 seconds while it walks 30 days of sent mail.

Subscription paywall hangs on "Loading plans…"

This usually means the App Store can't reach our subscription products. Force-quit Day Triage and reopen. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and that you're signed into the App Store on this device. The app degrades gracefully and lets you continue without a subscription when the App Store is unreachable.

Trial / subscription state out of sync

Open Settings → Subscription → tap Restore Purchases. Apple re-syncs your active entitlements to the device.

Getting help

Email support@arandur-accounting.co.uk with:

  • A short description of what happened
  • The steps you took just before it went wrong
  • Which build you're on (Settings → About — see the version and build number at the top)
  • A screenshot if the app showed an error message

We respond within two working days (London time).

Subscription, billing, refunds

All subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. To cancel, manage, or request a refund:

  • On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Day Triage Pro.
  • On Mac: Open the App Store → click your profile picture (bottom-left) → View Information → scroll to Manage Subscriptions.
  • Refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all refunds; we cannot issue them on Apple's behalf.
